Terms of Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the gsFiresite platform ("Platform") provided by gsFiresite ("Company"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Subscriber Responsibility: You acknowledge that the content, services, and transactions conducted through the Platform are ultimately the responsibility of the subscriber using the Platform. Company shall not be liable for any actions taken by subscribers.

2.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to firearms-related laws and regulations, when using the Platform.

To the extent permitted by law, Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

4.1 Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4.2 Jurisdiction: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dyersburg, Tennessee, and you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

5. Changes to the Agreement

Company reserves the right to modify or revise this Agreement at any time. Updated versions of the Agreement will be posted on the Platform, and the date of the latest revision will be indicated at the beginning of the Agreement. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to this Agreement constitute your acceptance of such changes.
